Evan has been hard at work refinishing the trim work upstairs along with painting every room, so I made the deal that if the bedroom was finished by Saturday I would go golfing with him. Well he did finish it, and we went to the New Hope golf course on Saturday morning. I wasn't expecting miracles since I haven't golfed for the last three years and Evan gets out a fair amount. Turns out I still got it in me! I beat him fair and square with him shooting a 45 and Spud/I shooting a 43 on the nine-hole course. On the last hole Evan 'lost' the scorecard…. because being schooled by his pregnant wife is just plain embarrassing.
Dad's has better step up his game because Spud looks to be a fierce competitor.
Haha, nice work!! Spud might turn out to be the next Tiger Woods (prior to the bad stuff of course...)
